The Reelmaster® 7000-D is a multi-use, heavy-duty reel mower designed for productivity and performance in the most extreme fairway and rough conditions. We started with EdgeSeries™ reels – DPA cutting units that manicure your turf and save you time with easy set up and long-lasting adjustments. Then, we added a 49 hp (36.5 kW) Kubota® diesel, high-torque reel motors, and the SmartCool™ auto-reversing fan system. Finally, we combined it all with a whopping 307 cm (121″) width-of-cut or 320 cm (126″) width-of-cut with optional 81.3 cm (32″) cutting units! This mower has it all – power, productivity, and superior after-cut appearance. By the way, it’s also an overseeding beast.

EdgeSeries™ Dual Precision Adjustment (DPA) Cutting Units
Precision machined cutting units maintain levelness and hold adjustments. DPA allows quick bedknife to reel adjustment. The Toro EdgeSeries represents the next generation of cutting quality and durability, with enhanced cutting edge retention. In addition to new reel material, the EdgeSeries incorporates a new reel geometry design, and changes in the manufacturing process that result in a more accurate cut. The innovative design and manufacturing changes to the reel and bedknife provide a better after-cut appearance and a reduction in required maintenance. The EdgeSeries provides multiple benefits that require less labour to maintain the reel and bedknife, and leave your grounds looking their absolute best.
Increased Overlap Option
By adding two 81 cm rear cutting units the overlap area can be increased to almost 15 cm thus eliminating the possibility of uncut grass in tight turns or on hillsides.
InfoCentre™
With this feature you get helpful maintenance reminders and instant notification of potential problems. During normal operation, the InfoCenter displays clear and simple operating information at a glance, while constantly monitoring the internal health of the machine. Audible and visual alarms notify the operator of a potential problem. In the field or at the shop, technicians can quickly identify the source of the issue. Allows operator to adjust sensitivity of electronically controlled foot pedal when moving. This allows the supervisor to set a maximum mowing speed for greater control of operator usage and quality.
SmartCool™ Auto-Reversing Cooling Fan
Engineered with our exclusive SmartCool™ technology, so when things heat up under the hood, the system briefly reverses the cooling fan to blast chaff and debris from the air intake screens. The result, is non-stop improved productivity.
Improved Operator Comfort
All of the indicators and controls to operate the unit are conveniently located on the right armrest. Control console pivots back for right hand entry and exit. Tilt steering, deluxe suspension seat, improved visibility and lower operating noise enhance the operator experience and help to reduce fatigue
