PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: TORO GAP FILLING PRESSURE CEMENT Type P is designed for
jointing large diameter uPVC pipe systems and for use with parallel fittings which will be
subjected to pressure applications or other applications in which high bond strength is required.
Pipe joints formed using TORO GAP FILLING PRESSURE CEMENT Type P cement to AS/NZS
3879 exhibit rapid bond development with the resultant high ultimate strength combined with a
long open time property. In compliance with the standard, TORO GAP FILLING PRESSURE
CEMENT Type P is capable of forming pipe joints after a 3 minute open time at 230C that will
withstand a pressure of 2.7mPa for 5 minutes at 230C after a 24 hour curing period and further to
withstand a pressure of 4.5mPa for 1000 hours at 200C after a 30 day curing period.
